You are responsible for ensuring that your customers comply with these Terms of Use. Any violations by your customers could impact your account and our agreement with you.
a. Fees: All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. Downgrades or cancellations will be applied from the next billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated.
b. Free Trials: We may offer free trials or promotions, which can be modified or removed at our discretion. Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials is prohibited.
c. Refunds: You have 14 days from the payment date to cancel or change your mind. Refunds will be adjusted to reflect the services already used.
d. Payment Processing: Payments are handled by third-party services. We are not liable for any issues related to payment processing.
e. Price Changes: We may adjust our pricing and will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
a. Dormant Accounts: We may cancel accounts deemed inactive at our discretion.
b. Data Deletion: Upon account closure, we may permanently delete all associated data after a minimum of 60 days.

Some plans include usage limits. We will notify you if you are nearing these limits. Exceeding the limit may restrict some features until you upgrade your plan.
You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use any part of our website or app without our express permission. All rights are reserved.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property. We may use this feedback without any obligation to you.
We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data, including data resulting from system failures or other issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of Attendup means you accept the updated terms.
